The Onewheel electric hoverboard/skateboard is something you may have seen someone riding around town or floating around the internet and you probably wondered what that thing was and how you could try one for yourself.

So what is a Onewheel anyway?

To put it simply, the Onewheel is any off-road capable electric skateboard thats unlike anything you’ve ever ridden before.  I use the term skateboard very loosely here since the ride is closer to a snowboard than a skateboard.  I also try to avoid the word hoverboard since people think of those two wheeled exploding fads boards that where big a few years ago.  Honestly, this board is hard to describe since it is so incredibly unique.  With a top speed of 19mph and the XR model having a range of between 12-18 miles on a charge, the enjoyment is unlimited.

Is it hard to learn?

One of the many wonderful things about this board is how easy it is to learn.  We provide a free in depth lesson with every rental which is all you will need to get up and riding.  Most people will feel comfortable within 30 minutes even with no previous board sport experience. With just over 3000 lessons and rentals under our belt we have it down to a science! We will start you on grass and get you familiar with the basics like acceleration, braking, and dismounting.  From there you will head to the pavement to practice your skills before heading out into the wild. For those rare few who may still feel uncomfortable after the lesson we have Segway e-scooters available for rent to you can ride along with your group.

Each rental comes with a free in depth lesson to get you up and riding.  We also provide free safety gear like a helmet, knee pads, elbow pads, and wrist guards.  No board sport experience is necessary to ride and 95% of people will feel comfortable within the first 30 minutes of riding.
